Bermuda Triangle’s review.

The Bermuda Triangle is a stretch of the Atlantic Ocean that is bounded by Miami in the US, Puerto Rico in the Caribbean and finally, the Bermuda island. The size of the Bermuda Triangle ranges from 500,000 square miles to 1,500,000 square miles. It is also called Devil’s Triangle, The vicinity of the Bermuda Triangle is amongst the most heavily traveled shipping lanes in the world, with ships frequently crossing through it for ports in the Americas, Europe and the Caribbean islands. Cruise ships and pleasure craft regularly sail through the region, and commercial and private aircraft routinely fly over it.

There are no exact boundaries for the Bermuda Triangle, but according to Encyclopaedia Britannica its total area is between 1.3 and 3.9 million square kilometres. Australia is about 7.7 million square kilometres in size. Shutterstock

In 1945, five US Navy planes and 14 men disappeared in the area while doing routine training exercises. The flight’s leader, Lieutenant Charles Taylor, was heard over the radio saying

( We are entering white water, nothing seems right. We don’t know where we are, the water is green, no white. )

The US navy investigated and ultimately reported the incident as “cause unknown”. From the time of this incident until the mid-1980s, 25 small planes disappeared while passing through the Bermuda Triangle. They were never seen again. The seas contain approximately 321 million cubic miles (1,338 cubic kilometers) of water, so it’s no wonder that boats and airplanes can seemingly disappear into them and leave no sign of their passing.
